Standard Plus Rooms

Our Standard Plus Rooms are designed for essential comfort, offering a fully equipped living experience.

For NSFAS-funded students, the full cost of these rooms will be covered by your NSFAS accommodation allowance, with no top-ups required—but only if your placement fee is paid by 31st December 2024. UPDATE: We understand that some students were unable to receive their neccessary documentation in time for our earlier cut-off date of 31 December 2024. Therefore we have EXTENDED the No Top-Up date to 31 January 2025. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to secure your room early and enjoy worry-free living!

Signature Rooms

Our Signature Rooms offer a more premium experience, with guaranteed corner units and additional amenities such as tumble driers in the room.

A & B Bedroom: R6,150.00 monthly
C Bedroom: R5,550.00 monthly

Please note, NSFAS students may be required to pay a top-up for Signature Rooms, as they exceed the NSFAS accommodation allowance.

*Are there any extras?

We know that it can be SO FRUSTRATING for our applicants to have to worry about the “extras”. It’s always in the “small print” isn’t it?

Well, at TMM Lofts, the only “extra” that we charge is a once-off Placement Fee of R 1500 on all successful applications.

Terms & Conditions – TMM Lofts 2025 Referral Giveaway

Eligibility:

Open to current and prospective TMM Lofts applicants who refer a friend for 2025 accommodation.
Both the referrer and the referred friend must complete their application and pay the placement fee by 31st January 2025 to qualify.

Entry Requirements:

To enter, participants must:

Tag their friend on the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.
Ensure both students complete the TMM Lofts application and pay the placement fee by 31st January 2025.
Take a screenshot of the post where they tagged their friend and upload it on the entry form.
Submit the entry form on the TMM Lofts website (link to be provided), with both the referrer and referred friend’s names included.

Multiple Opportunities to Win:

Three (3) winning pairs will be selected, with each pair receiving their placement fee back in cash.
Example:

First Draw: Thando and Lwando are selected as the first winning pair. Each receives R1,750 back in cash.
Second Draw: Zola and Amahle are drawn as the second winning pair. They each receive R1,750 back in cash.
Third Draw: Initially, Thando is drawn again with Banele. Since Thando has already won, a new name is selected, resulting in Banele and Asanda as the third winning pair, each receiving R1,750 back in cash.

Each student can only win once. If an individual is drawn again, a new winner will be selected for that round.

Prize:

Each winning pair will receive a total of R3,500 (R1,750 per student).
The three separate draws will take place in early February 2025, and winners will be announced after verification of eligibility.

Verification:

All winners will be subject to verification, ensuring both students in each winning pair have applied and paid the placement fee.

Non-Transferable:

The prize is non-transferable and will be awarded only to the verified winners.

Right to Amend:

TMM Lofts reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at its discretion, including for operational, regulatory, or other reasons.

Acceptance:

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
